Their precision construction reduces vibration, and their improved design reduces wire fatigue. Crimped wire works best for lighter duty surface cleaning as it is less rigid than knotted wire and can get into crevices more easily. Milwaukee wire cup brushes are designed for use with 9 in. Milwaukee and competitive grinders with 5/8 in.-11 threaded spindles.
