It not only blinks three powerful clear LEDs for months when powered by two "AA" alkaline batteries, but also includes an 8 position DIP switch that turns the kit on and off and adjusts the speed of operation. Seven different blinking speeds can be achieved by changing the settings on the DIP switch. Approximate blinking speeds vary between 10 to 60 flashes per minute. This kit is ideal to put in the front or rear of your bike when biking at night. Hang it on your clothes or hat when jogging or for Halloween.
