The wristbands operate when placed correctly over the Nei-Kuan point on each wrist. To locate the Nei-Kuan point, place your middle 3 fingers of one hand over the inner wrist of the opposing hand with the edge of the top finger touching below the first wrist crease. Locate the Nei-Kuan point underneath the index finger in between the two wrist tendons. Position the raised plastic stud faced inward over the Nei-Kuan point. Repeat the process for the other wrist.
