The gearbox case, gears, and crank arm are made from durable plastic material while the shaft is made from metal. Suitable for a Wide Range of Uses: Aside from use on vehicles, crank arms may be attached to the gearbox to enable reciprocal-type actions. Just like other Educational Construction Series items, the output shaft is a 3mm hex type.
