Adjustable DC Motor Speed PWM Controller 10-30V Reversing Switch 120W PWM controller:maximum continuous output current:3A. Overload short circuit protection current:4A ,short circuit time does not exceed 30 seconds. Working Voltage:DC 10V - DC 30V Maximum output power:120W.Potentiometer for speed control,Forward and reverse switches for forward, reverse and stop control. PWM Frequency: 500 KHz PWM Pulse Width Modulation Range: 5% -95%. Applicable Motor:brushed motor. This controller uses PWM speed control tech, which has high conversion efficiency, wide speed control range, stable and reliable circuit. Please note:when the controller frequency is low, motors targeting some will have a modulation sound at low speeds, but not all.
Wiring instructions for Power Supply (Voltage >10V, but, <30V): - Connect the power cord after ensuring the Forward and Reverse switch is in the middle Zero/Stop position. - Ensure that the power output meets the motor's operating requirements. - Connect the DC power supply (Voltage >10V, but, <30V). - Do not reverse the positive and negative terminals of the DC power supply, otherwise, the controller may get damaged. - Connect the motor, the motor line can not be divided into positive and negative. - The switch is used to control the direction of the motor, the motor stops at the middle (zero) position of the switch. - The motor speed can be changed by adjusting the knob of the potentiometer. This controller supports the use of 0-10V external DC voltage control by the following steps: - Remove the potentiometer. - Connect the 0-10V DC control signal to the center pin of the potentiometer. - Connect the ground wire of 0-10V DC control signal to the right pin of the potentiometer.
